Mr. Gelfand has over 45 years experience, is a member of the New York, Eastern and Southern District Bars and predominantly represents debtors, creditors and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. He has appeared in numerous bankruptcy proceedings as attorney for trustees, Chapter 11 Debtors and Debtors-in-Possession and Chapter 7 Debtors.
